2021-22 President and Provost's Leadership Institute cohort enhances their skills

Congratulations to 17 Ohio State faculty for completing the 2021-2022 President and Provost's Leadership Institute (PPLI), a three-semester leadership development program facilitated by The Women’s Place.

The PPLI focuses on long-term faculty leadership development. The primary goals of the institute are to create a pool of potential leaders from groups that traditionally have been underrepresented in key leadership roles and to develop leaders who can create a culture that is supportive of all faculty members by focusing on the nature of effective leadership.

The 2021-22 cohort joins almost 200 Ohio State faculty as alum who have completed the institute. Members of the graduating cohort have the following to say about their experience:

The members of the 2021-22 cohort listed below have completed an in-depth program making them uniquely qualified for higher education administration at Ohio State and ready to cultivate a culture in which all can thrive. Please consider these trained and motivated faculty, along with previous graduates, for leadership positions in your units and colleges.

2021-22 President and Provost's Leadership Institute Graduates
